- For Best results, mix the gravy with additonal 25% water.
- Add some cream and butter(Optional) and re-heat, add green chillies for a punch.
- After simmering the Gravy, add Paneer in the end and simmer.
- If using Chicken, the cook the Chicken first with some ginger garlic and spices and then add the finished gravy.
- Give finishing touches with some fine ginger julienes, a light sprinkle of kasoori methi.
