“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Neo Foods Pvt Ltd
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to neostore.co.in, accessible from https://neostore.co.in
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
How does the delivery work?
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility.
- We are committed to deliver your order at the earliest right upto your doorstep with our trusted delivery partners. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Most orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
Given that we are dealing with food products, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact us at +91-7624860754, +91-9945695612 within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. You can share the pictures of the damaged products to us on our contact number. Once we inspect the pictures, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement product. If it is approved by our team, then your replacement product will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 days with no additional cost.
Can I cancel the order once placed through the website?
A customer can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing the order by calling on our contact number. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
