- A very versatile product
- Can be used in an array of dishes like a Dum Handi, Malai Gravy, Malai Kofta etc.
- Add 25% additional water to the gravy, and can be enhanced with black pepper powder depending on your recipe.
- After simmering the Gravy, add Paneer in the end and simmer.
- Add some cream and butter(optional) and re-heat, add green chilies for a punch.
- If using Chicken, the cook the Chicken first with some ginger garlic and spices and then add the finished gravy
- Gravy is best finished with some fried Onion, chopped Coriander and chopped mint
