- A very versatile product- Can be used in an array of dishes like a Kofta curry, nihari, Kormas, etc.
- Add 25% additional water to the gravy, and can be enhanced with additional garam masala and black pepper powder depending on your recipe.
- Add some cream and butter and re-heat, add green chillies for a punch.
- After simmering the Gravy, add Paneer in the end and simmer.
- If using Chicken, the cook the Chicken first with some ginger garlic and spices and then add the finished gravy.
- Gravy is best finished with some fried Onion, chopped Coriander and chopped mint.
